Whoever you appoint as administrator sees the voting results from a control panel. Delegates can see the same results on their devices, and the information can be displayed in real time on a wallboard monitor or projector screen in a meeting room, and webcasted. The administrator can hide or show any of the information: delegate votes, results chart, motion and resolution texts.
Use the Votendo user interface to control your existing microphone system, see the speaker queue, and turn microphones on and off. Meeting participants can vote using their microphone buttons*.

Easily create or import your meeting agenda for a user group. Manage meeting participants by checking them in and out, marking conflicts of interest, and setting substitutes or proxies. When a meeting ends, you get minutes for it - a complete summary, including an agenda, a list of participants, voting results, admin notes, etc.
Select your rules for voting for a motion. Available rules are: simple majority, absolute majority, or qualified majority (such as 2/3).
The administrator may mark a motion as approved or rejected without voting when the outcome is clear from the discussion.
Some organizations assign a higher voting weight to certain delegates. The administrator can set the weight of each delegate’s vote.
Vote on behalf of someone else. If a delegate gives his or her vote to another delegate, that person’s vote will have a weight equal to both people’s votes.
A meeting agenda is made up of agenda items. Each item has a heading, a motion text, and sub-items if needed. An agenda is fully editable. An administrator can add, remove, or change the order of agenda items on the fly.
